Presentation matters to me, big time. Grazing table catering is my jam - imagine tables loaded with cheese, fruits, charcuterie, dips. Buffets with a mix of old-school and modern serveware. Live cooking stations for fresh appams or grills. Sometimes, I do flying buffets, serving mutton chawal in kulhads as guests mingle.

My Story

Hi, I’m Saloni. My kitchen’s always buzzing – food, laughter, a bit of chaos! Food’s my way of making folks smile, whether it’s a tiny chai meet or a full-blown Diwali shaam (evening). Chandigarh’s love at our first exhibition, Delhi’s mad energy at Jalsa and Grub Fest – that’s what keeps me hooked. I love being part of FICCI FLO, supporting women. It’s not just catering, it’s about building moments and seeing happy faces around beautiful tables. That’s the real magic.
