My Christmas plum cake is a labour of love. I start soaking dried fruits, nuts, and spices in premium rum months before the holiday season begins. The result is a dense, flavourful cake that relies on time and quality ingredients rather than artificial flavours or tutti-frutti. Summer and Fresh Fruit Specialities

When the Mumbai heat kicks in, I shift to light, vibrant flavours. My mango cheesecakes feature fresh Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes, creamy fillings, and buttery biscuit bases. These are made to order, ensuring the fruit is vibrant and the texture is perfect. Since these rely on fresh dairy and fruit, they are best enjoyed fresh and require proper storage.

Custom Hampers and Gift Boxes

Beyond cakes, I assemble festive hampers that are ready to gift. These typically include a centrepiece cake, like my signature plum cake, paired with brownies, cookies, or marzipan sweets. Everything is packed in reusable baskets or trays, making them an ideal choice for gifting on birthdays, Easter, or Mother’s Day.
