A great brunch is a full experience, and that's what I aimed to capture for Akina Mumbai. This lifestyle shot shows a vibrant spread of Japanese fusion dishes and drinks, with hands interacting to create a sense of a lively, shared meal.
This video showcases a complete packaging rebrand for Lyallji snacks. The project required clean, consistent, and appetizing imagery for a wide range of products, from Lehsun Sev to Kaju Pista Cookies, ensuring they look irresistible on the shelf.

When I shoot, the camera is just one piece of the puzzle. The real magic happens with my team—the food stylists and lighting assistants who bring the 'yumm' factor to life. Whether we are freezing a splash for a beverage campaign or setting the table for a fine dining shoot, we work together to ensure the food looks exactly as it tastes on the plate.
My Approach to Commercial Food Photography
Photography is a constant learning process for me. Whether I am shooting for a global brand or a local restaurant menu, my goal is the same: to tell a story through light, texture, and composition. I specialize in both high-end advertising campaigns and precision product photography.
Commercial & Advertising Work
For large-scale campaigns, I use professional Broncolor or Profoto lighting systems to ensure color accuracy and to freeze motion. This is essential for work involving splashes, pouring liquids, or dynamic movement. My studio in Andheri (Satya Studios) is equipped for these technical demands, allowing us to experiment with focus stacking and composite retouching for that flawless billboard-ready finish.
Restaurant & Menu Shoots
I love capturing the vibe of a space, whether it is a bright, airy brunch spot or a moody, high-end fine dining restaurant. My process involves on-location shoots where we can interact with the chef’s plating and the restaurant’s unique atmosphere. I bring a laptop on-site for tethered shooting, so we can review the images in real-time and make adjustments instantly.
Logistics & Teamwork
I shoot primarily across Mumbai and Pune. While I handle the lighting direction, camera work, and high-end post-production, I always collaborate with food stylists to manage the food itself. This division of labor ensures that the food styling stays fresh while I focus on the photography.
