My Process
Every shoot begins with a pre-production consultation. We will define a shot list, discuss mood boards, and ensure we have a clear creative direction. This prevents wastage and ensures we capture signature dishes alongside key ambient shots of your interiors.
The Role of Collaboration
I believe in teamwork. I often work alongside food stylists to bring out textures like the crunch in a salad or the gloss on a sauce. While I focus on lighting and camera angles, the food styling ensures the plate looks perfect for the lens. If you do not have an in-house stylist, I can coordinate with one to ensure the food looks appetising and professional.
Technical Precision
I use high-end Broncolor or Profoto lighting systems. These allow me to freeze motion—perfect for action shots like pouring sauces or garnishing—and ensure the colors of your ingredients pop accurately. I also focus on texture extraction, making sure elements like the steam from a hot curry or the crispness of a crust look tangible and inviting.
Flexibility
I am available for on-location shoots across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and Pune. Whether you are launching a new fine dining concept or updating your cafe menu for social media, I am equipped to handle the shoot at your venue.
