My masterclasses are not lectures. They are structured as intimate dialogues, similar to my work on Spiritual Intelligence in Coaching, where the focus is on shared inquiry rather than a top-down transfer of information. Sessions can be held via Zoom for remote teams or on-site for in-person gatherings of 20 to 100+ participants. The goal is always to provide a space where participants feel seen and heard, leading to outcomes that stick long after the session concludes.
