We are trading tips on how to handle class anxiety, which playlists are hitting, and where to find subbing gigs. If you want to stop teaching in isolation and start building a real career, this is where you show up.
When I started 12 years ago, I did not have a map. I had to learn the hard way. That is exactly why I prioritize these ZIN™ volume practices and masterclasses across India. It is a habba, but it is also serious work.

Being an instructor is a solitary job, but it does not have to be. Come for the dance, stay for the community. If you are a licensed instructor, you are already part of the family. I am Sahana. I have spent the last 12 years navigating the dance fitness world, from Mysuru to international stages. I host these events because I know that being an instructor is hard work, and the best way to get better is to get into a room with people who get it.
