About Taking the Vibe Global: International Masterclasses
These international sessions are high-intensity cultural exchanges rather than standard fitness classes. When I lead a masterclass in Kathmandu or Thimphu, the goal is to sync 90 minutes of choreography with a crowd that brings a completely different local energy. You get the same official ZES (Zumba Education Specialist) instruction I provide at my studio, but with the added buzz of a large-scale event where we unite as one global family.
Whether it is a packed hall in Nepal or an outdoor session in the landscape of Bhutan, my approach stays the same: it is about the hustle and the connection. My international masterclasses are not just about the dance moves; they are about proving that discipline and a love for movement can bridge any gap.

- Official ZES Leadership: You are training with a licensed Zumba Education Specialist. This means the form, cueing, and music motivation science are held to global standards.
- 90 Minutes of Intensity: We do not stop. We move, we sweat, and we repeat. The format often blends Zumba Fitness parties with Strong Nation HIIT elements to ensure you leave everything on the dance floor.
