From live sushi boats to traditional chaat bars, we design interactive food setups that turn meals into memorable experiences for your guests.

This is one of my signature Green and Gold themed buffet setups. I designed it to feel both grand and fresh, using lush florals, warm Edison bulb lighting, and elegant golden serving dishes to create a luxurious dining atmosphere for the wedding guests.

Nothing beats the sizzle of a live dosa station. Here, my chef prepares crisp, paper-thin dosas to order, offering guests a variety of fillings and chutneys for a truly customized South Indian food experience.

To create a real "wow" moment, I designed this custom sushi boat station. It serves as a stunning centerpiece and offers guests a selection of freshly prepared sushi, bringing a touch of Japanese elegance to the event.

I love to reinvent classic street food. This is my deconstructed Dabeli, served in a jar. It layers all the tangy, spicy, and sweet flavors of the traditional Kutchi snack in a modern, easy-to-eat format.

A live Ghewar counter is a feast for the senses. Guests can watch as we fry the delicate, web-like Rajasthani sweet and then top it with rabri, nuts, and fresh fruit petals for a truly decadent dessert.

For a more contemporary feel, I created this Art Deco inspired buffet design. The setup features geometric patterns, warm backlighting, and crystal chandeliers, providing a sophisticated and glamorous backdrop for the culinary spread.

It's always rewarding to see guests enjoy the food. This live pizza station is a crowd-pleaser, where guests can pick their own toppings and get a fresh, hot slice straight from the counter.

To bring a touch of nostalgia and tradition, I have servers in authentic regional attire offering classic snacks. This server is carrying a 'kavd' tray with favorites like roasted peanuts, chana, and tamarind candies.
