About Additional Workouts
You will notice a mix of calisthenics, cardio, and strength movements in these sessions. I do not follow random exercises, as every movement here is part of a structured periodization plan designed to build stability first, then muscle. Whether you train at home or in a gym, the logic remains the same: steady progression over quick fixes.
I treat every session as an opportunity to build better habits. My training philosophy relies on progressive overload, ensuring your body never hits a plateau. When I design a workout for you, I calculate the volume and intensity based on your current fitness level, medical history, and equipment access.
Whether you have a full gym setup or just space for bodyweight training, I tailor the plan to your specific goals. I am an ACE certified trainer, so form analysis is a non-negotiable part of our collaboration. If you send me a video of your lift, I will critique your posture, stance, and movement patterns to prevent injury and maximize your gains. We prioritize standard Indian home-cooked nutrition alongside these workouts, focusing on consistent, sustainable results rather than crash diets or magic pills.
