My Coaching Philosophy
I believe in “Own Your Flight.” Courage, passion, and hard work are what make a team fly. In cricket and in life, you’ll hit rough patches, but that’s where you grow. My job is to help you and your squad find wings and take charge of your journey.
What I Do
I coach entire cricket teams—players, coaches, and management—to push limits and reach peak performance. My work covers everything: strategy, skills, and especially mental conditioning for athletes. It’s not a copy-paste program, I tailor my approach for each team.
The Blueprint
- I start at the auction table, helping build a balanced team.
- We plan match tactics, break down opposition, and adapt for every scenario. Whiteboards, heated discussions, no shortcuts.
- I’m hands-on as Head Coach—leading, making game-time calls, and keeping the team sharp.
Skill Sharpening
- As batting coach for Namma RCB (WPL), I run high-intensity drills (sometimes 400+ balls in a single session), and use creative methods—desi jugaad (local hacks) like tires and chairs.
- One-on-one player chats to sort technique, roles, and growth.
Mindset & Mental Toughness
- Building resilience is key—helped Nagaland Ranji bounce to semi-finals.
- We work hard on handling pressure and building unity. Team bonding is a must—without “namma team” (our team) feeling, nothing works.

My Story
Cricket’s in my blood, honestly. I’m Rx Muralidhar, BCCI Level 3 coach. Been lucky to coach teams like RCB (WPL), Mysuru Warriors, Tiruppur Tamizhans. Watching my players grow, like Mayank heading back to RCB, that’s special. Karnataka and RCB – feels like home. Off the pitch, I love roaming around, snapping pics, chilling at beaches or trekking up Kedarnath. Travel keeps me sane, so I come back fresh, ready for next innings.
