About this collection
For these birthday setups, I build out the entire stage area, typically using an 8x10ft or 10x12ft backdrop tailored to your chosen theme. I include organic balloon garlands with 300 to 500 balloons and 3D foam-board cutouts to really bring the characters to life, whether you pick jungle, mermaid, or unicorn themes.
Complete Party Setup
I don't just put up a few balloons and leave. When you book a birthday package with me, I handle the full stage aesthetic. This includes high-quality printed flex stretched on wooden frames or premium sequin wall panels for a modern finish. To make the photos look great, I add 4 to 6 LED wash lights that brighten up the space and enhance the colors.
Custom Themes
I have experience setting up in various Bengaluru venues like The Den Hotel in Whitefield or open-air spaces like the Arena Resort in Electronic City. Whether your child wants a princess, jungle, or superhero theme, I source the specific cutouts, pedestals, and color palettes to match. If you need a dessert table, I arrange three cylindrical pedestals with matching wraps to keep the food display looking consistent with the decor.
