About Meet Our Trainers & Team
We don’t just teach you to ride, we teach you the Army way of discipline and horsemanship. Our sessions are led by instructors like Subedar Suresh, who brings three decades of military training to the arena. You won't find theoretical classrooms here, only direct, actionable feedback while you are in the saddle. Our coaches are right there in the arena with you, ensuring your posture, grip, and connection with the horse are precise.
Our coaching philosophy is built on the expertise of those who live and breathe equestrian sports. When you train with us, you are learning from professionals who have competed, coached, and dedicated their lives to the discipline.
The Army Discipline Methodology Our training is influenced by the no-nonsense style of Subedar Suresh. With over 30 years in the Army training NCC cadets, he brings a level of focus that is rare in recreational riding. We strip away the unnecessary theory and focus on what works: consistency, physical conditioning, and repetitive practice. When our coaches correct your leg position or posture, they are building the muscle memory you need to become a confident rider.
Meet Team REA We have recently strengthened our leadership with Head Coach Bharadwaj Phadke, whose expertise is helping our competitive team push boundaries in show jumping. Our team structure supports every level of rider:
- Beginner Coaches: Focus on safety, lunge line control, and building confidence in the saddle.
- Competitive Trainers: Work on grid work, course practice, and high-jump technique for serious athletes.
