Kids Birthday Party Package
Venue & Infrastructure
- Duration: 4-hour exclusive usage of the Lawn and Gazebo section.
- Setting: Rustic outdoor farm environment under coconut and mango trees. Note that the ground is natural earth/grass.
- Covered Area: Access to the semi-open café area (metal roof) for cake cutting and food service.
- Furniture: 25-30 standard chairs and 3-4 buffet tables with clean linen.
- Pets: Guests may bring leashed pets.
Equestrian Experience
- Joyrides: 2 horses or ponies provided for 60 minutes.
- Safety: 2 dedicated handlers lead the horses at a walking pace. Shared helmets provided.
- Interaction: 15-minute guided session for kids to pet and feed the horses (fodder provided).
Decor & Amenities
- Decor: Standard 'Happy Birthday' banner and balloon bunches on pillars.
- Sound: 1 portable Bluetooth speaker.
- Play Area: Access to the on-site jungle gym/swing set.
- Facilities: Washrooms and drinking water included. Catering is not included.
Half-Day Photoshoot Venue Hire
Location Access
- Zones: Access to coconut grove, pathways, stable exterior, and sand riding arena.
- Duration: Up to 5 hours of venue usage for the crew.
- Privacy: Areas are relatively secluded, but other training activities may occur on the premises.
Horse & Handler Support
- The Horse: 1 horse provided for a 60-minute window for posing.
- Assistance: Dedicated handler included to control the horse and adjust saddle/tack.
- Scope: Includes walking shots (led by handler) or static shots. Galloping or action shots are excluded for safety.
Facilities
- Changing Area: Access to a private room/restroom for outfit changes.
- Power: Access to power points at the office block for charging equipment.
Corporate Team Offsite & Stable Tour
Venue & Logistics
- Space: Exclusive use of the lawn and dining area from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Setup: Informal seating (wicker chairs/benches) suitable for group discussions.
- Games: Access to lawn games like Giant Bowling, Archery set, and Darts.
- Audio: Basic PA system with microphone provided.
The Stable Workshop
- Tour: 30-minute educational tour of the stables and breed explanation.
- Demo: Trainer-led demonstration on horse grooming and tacking.
- Interaction: Hands-on opportunity for the team to brush and feed horses under supervision.
- Joyride: 1 round of assisted riding (walk only) per team member in the sand arena.
Support
- Staff: Event Coordinator and handlers included to manage horse activities.
- Food: Catering is not included in this fee and is charged separately.

We wanted to create a spot where your event feels different - open air, loads of greenery, and horses roaming around.
Flexible Spaces for Every Kind of Event
We’re not your regular banquet hall. Here, you get an outdoor event venue in Bangalore, where birthday parties (especially with kids running wild), family gatherings, and corporate escapes actually feel fun. Couples love doing their horse photoshoot here, especially for pre-wedding or themed shoots. Humari jagah, aapka style (Our place, your vibe) - decorate the lawns, use our gazebos, or chill at Hoofbeats Café for small get-togethers.
Horses & Pet-Friendly Vibes
The horses are the real heroes here - not just in the background. I can arrange for you and your guests to meet them, learn a bit, even try a short supervised ride if you want. Plus, we’re a proper pet-friendly party venue, so bring your dog, no stress.

My Story
We’re Royal Equestrian Academy, Bangalore ka apna (Bangalore’s own) horse riding family. Our trainers, especially Subedar Suresh, are legends here. Suresh sir spent 30 years in the army, training NCC kids, winning medals, now he’s with us, full josh (energy) and heart. We care about horses, riders, and making sure every student and parent leaves smiling. Riding is not just sport, it’s building a bond. Jai Karnataka Maate!

Horse Boarding & Care - Our horse boarding Bangalore facility keeps horses happy, healthy, and safe. Riders learn to care too.
Event Venue - Birthday party venue, photoshoots, and more - our academy is open for special events with horses.
Training Approach - No timepass, only to-the-point, disciplined training. Safety first, even if slow. Army style, but friendly.
Our Horses - Thoroughbreds, well-fed, super cooperative. We teach you to ride and love them, not just sit on the saddle.
