At Rohit Badminton Academy, we do not just play; we build the technical foundation needed to win. See our structured approach to footwork, multi-shuttle feeding, and stroke mastery on our BWF-certified courts in Sahakar Nagar.

A look at our efficient training structure, with players practicing both fore-court and rear-court drills simultaneously to maximize skill development.

Footwork is the key to the future. This drill focuses on quick, precise movements, which are fundamental for covering the court effectively during a match.

Shadow practice is essential for muscle memory. Here, our students are perfecting their footwork and swing mechanics without a shuttle, focusing purely on form.

This is a peripheral vision drill. We train our players to see the whole court and anticipate their opponent's moves without turning their head, a key skill for advanced play.

About On-Court Training Drills

You will notice our training is split between specific court zones for a reason. Whether you are working on rear-court power or fore-court deception, our drills are designed to build muscle memory before we ever move to match play. We use multi-shuttle feeding to ensure you get more high-quality repetitions in sixty minutes than you would in a typical casual game.
