About this collection
Our coaching philosophy centers on keeping ratios small, typically 1:6 for competitive players and 1:12 for group classes. This ensures that whether you are working on your jump smash or just starting with basic footwork, you get real, hands-on attention from our certified team.
Success at RBA is a team effort. My coaching team—Muthu, Shrikanth, Manoj, Anshul, and Dastagiri—are all dedicated to more than just the technical side of the game. We are BWF and NIS certified, but we focus equally on building a culture where consistency is the key to conquer.
We break down the barriers between coaches and students. You will often find us sparring with students, running 10k marathons together, or celebrating birthdays and festivals like Holi right here on our home courts. This helps our students stay motivated, especially during the tough, repetitive days of high-performance drills.
We also believe in total support. That is why we bring in experts for sports nutrition and psychology, ensuring that the 'Best You' isn't just a slogan, but a result of balanced training. Our facility in Sahakar Nagar is designed to keep you comfortable with BWF-certified synthetic mats, but the real work happens in the relationships we build. Whether you are an adult joining a morning fitness batch or a young athlete chasing a state-level dream, you are joining a community that cares.

I’m Rohit, and I founded this academy because I wanted to create a place where everyone from kids to adults can feel the thrill of the game. My team and I are BWF and NIS certified, but more than that, we are here to support your growth, push your limits, and celebrate every win with you.
