About On-Court Drills & Technique

Our on-court sessions go beyond standard rallies. We use multi-shuttle feeding to force rapid-fire defensive and attacking responses, specifically targeting your reaction time. You will spend 75 minutes rotating through high-repetition stroke drills and shadow footwork, ensuring you build muscle memory rather than just hitting for fun.
