About Our Champions: Tournament Victories
We don't train for participation; we train for the podium. Whether it is the KDMC DSO or a Mumbai University open, my students learn how to manage match pressure before they even step on the court. It is about the mindset shift from just hitting the shuttle to dominating the game.
Building a Winning Mindset
Winning isn't a fluke. It is the result of thousands of repetitions, fitness drills, and mental preparation. In my academy, we treat every session like a pre-tournament prep.
How We Train for the Podium
- Match Simulation: We don't just drill; we play. Saturday sparring sessions mirror tournament conditions, teaching players how to handle leads, deficits, and different playing styles.
- Tactical Analysis: I record strokes and matches to show students exactly where they are leaking points. We work on court coverage and deception, not just raw power.
- Physical conditioning: You cannot win if your lungs give out before your opponent's. Our routines include ladder drills, beep tests, and strength work to ensure you have the gas to finish long, three-set matches.

My students regularly represent their colleges and districts in:
- Thane District Tournaments: Regular podium finishes in U13, U17, and open categories.
- DSO (District Sports Office) Events: Consistently winning team and individual events across Kalyan and Bhiwandi.
- Mumbai University Zone: Representing institutions like Birla College with pride.
