Fitness Training That Actually Feels Fun
Think you have to choose between a gruelling workout and enjoying your life? My approach is about working hard without the misery, finding the balance between discipline and actually having a good time.
This is what happens when a Pilates instructor goes grocery shopping. You can't turn off the training mindset; every aisle is an opportunity for a stretch. It's a lifestyle.
You might think I'm not looking, but I see everything. Having fun during our sessions is important, but so is getting the work done right. This is my promise: I'll keep you accountable, even when you think you can get away with a sloppy rep.
I call this therapy without the talking. Sometimes you just need to sit with some heavy kettlebells and breathe. It's my way of finding balance, both physically and mentally.
When everyone is doing the "Prashant" trend and you're just trying to enjoy your croissant in peace. For the record, it's Prashanth with an "H".
This is the evil smile I get when I see my clients doing their least favorite exercises, like burpees or Bulgarian split squats. I promise it's for your own good.
Who says the gym can't be fun? This is me between sets, just vibing and playing with movement. Finding joy in the process is key to staying consistent.
A quick Q&A session while walking backward on the treadmill to strengthen my knees. You guys asked about everything from my go-to junk food (Uncle Chips) to whether I prefer Pilates or heavy lifts (I do both).
If I were an action figure, this is what I'd come with: basketballs, dumbbells, and a bowl of ramen. Batteries not included, because I run on mobility and good food.
My gym buddy when I'm training alone. Having a little fun and not taking myself too seriously is a big part of my philosophy.
My friend here is making sure I'm responding to all my client messages. Or maybe he's just judging my form.
About Training, But Make It Fun
If you are tired of dreading your alarm clock, we should talk. I am not here to yell at you or forbid your favourite snacks. I am here to show you how movement can be the best part of your day, even if that means training in weird socks or debating the best dosa spots in Bangalore between sets.
Most people quit fitness because they make it a chore. They grind until they burn out, then feel guilty about eating a croissant. My philosophy is simple: we build a body that lasts, but I am never asking you to give up your curd rice.
My training sessions are a hybrid of classical Pilates, CrossFit, and functional mobility. We focus on movement quality first because that is the only way to avoid injury in the long run. Whether you are dealing with desk-job back pain, trying to get your first pull-up, or just want to feel better in your own skin, we make it happen without the 'no pain, no gain' drama.
I operate out of Troop HQ in Domlur and Pilates for Wellbeing in Lavelle Road, where we keep groups small and the energy high. If you want a trainer who knows how to spot a sloppy rep but also knows exactly which local bakery has the best coffee, you are in the right place. We do the work, we get stronger, and we keep it real. It is not about turning you into an athlete overnight; it is about making movement a non-negotiable part of your daily routine.
