Most studios feel purely transactional, but here, the environment is just as important as the workout. We intentionally keep our batch sizes small—typically under 20, and as few as 9 for therapeutic sessions—so you get personal adjustments rather than just following the person in front of you. Whether you are here for a high-energy HIIT class or a quiet sound bath, the studio is climate-controlled and tucked away, making it easy to forget you are in the middle of Khar.

We built this space to be a reset button. When you walk in, the noise of the city drops away, replaced by greenery and high ceilings. Our philosophy is simple: wellness should not be another task on your to-do list.
How We Work
We mix movement with mindfulness. You might find yourself sweating through an Animal Flow or HIIT session on Tuesday, and lying in a restorative sound bath on Thursday.
- Therapeutic Fusions: We go beyond standard yoga. We host unique sessions, like pairing clinical acupuncture with Savasana, led by both a yoga teacher and a therapist. These are intimate, capped at 9 people, so you get actual attention.
- Creative Growth: We believe the mind needs training just like the body. Our writing for overthinkers and journaling workshops help you turn mental clutter into something productive. You do not need to be a professional writer; you just need to show up.
- The Vibe: It is a little messy and always real. We host puppy adoption drives, moon gatherings, and post-class hangouts. We want you to come for the mat work, but stay for the people you meet.
Practical Details
- Props: You do not need to lug a mat around. We provide high-density mats, bolsters, and cotton blankets.
- Levels: Beginner or pro, it does not matter. The space is non-judgmental.
- Pricing: We offer flexible options, from single-session workshops starting at ₹950 to specialized therapeutic fusions up to ₹3500.
