Our Friday schedule is here. Plan your day with us, from energizing Hatha Yoga in the morning to a restful Yoga Nidra session to end your week.

Here is a look at our Saturday schedule. We offer a mix of classes including Gentle Hatha Flow, Vinyasa, Tabata, and full-body strength training.

What is Rising Loka? We are more than just a gym or yoga studio. We are a boutique wellness space in a charming bungalow, designed to feel like your home away from home.

Will the space be crowded? Never. We prioritize a personalized experience with limited memberships and capped class sizes to ensure you always have ample attention and room.

About Class Schedules & Information

Our weekly calendar is split into two tracks, 'Rising' for yoga and flow, and 'Grounded' for strength and HIIT. You can mix and match these sessions however you like, knowing that our small class sizes ensure you have plenty of room to move and dedicated attention from our teachers.
