Whether it is a tight club set requiring digital pads for precision or an open-air concert needing full acoustic power, my gear list changes to ensure the sound hits right without feedback or clutter. Choosing the right setup depends entirely on your space and the energy you want to build.
I see every stage as a conversation. When I perform alongside artists like Farhan Akhtar or integrate into DJ sets, the goal is to bridge the gap between the music and the audience's heartbeat. This collection showcases the variety I handle—from the raw, traditional sound of the Dhol that gets a wedding crowd moving, to the precise, cinematic soundscapes of a concert-grade multi-percussion rig.
Technical precision is where the magic becomes consistent. For high-energy club nights, I often lean into hybrid setups like the Roland Handsonic combined with acoustic Darbuka. This allows me to punch through house and techno tracks with electronic samples while keeping the soul of live percussion. For larger concerts, I deploy a 10-piece rig including Timbales, Congas, and a dedicated monitor mix.
