- Duration: Up to 2 hours jamming alongside a DJ (Continuous or Split sets).
- Styles: Improvises over Bollywood, House, and Techno tracks.
- Format: Solo performance enhancing the DJ's track selection.
The Hybrid Rig
- Electronic: 1 x Roland Handsonic or Octapad for digital claps, 808 bass drops, and synth effects.
- Acoustic: 1 x Professional Remo Djembe and 1 x Darbuka for natural rhythms.
- Hardware: Heavy-duty stands for stability.
Requirements & Crew
- Staff: Includes 1 technician for setup and sound management.
- Audio Needs: Client to provide PA system and 2 x Shure SM57 microphones.
- Attire: Smart casual or trendy club wear.
Sangeet Special: Dhol & Latin Percussion
Performance Profile
- Role: Switching between mobile high-energy hype and stationary stage percussion.
- Coverage: Ideal for Artist entries, Family performances, and the Open dance floor.
- Vibe: High interaction with guests, moving from floor to stage.
Instrument Setup
- Mobile: 1 x Premium Punjabi Dhol with high-tension heads for loud projection.
- Stationary: Professional LP Conga set (Quinto and Conga) for Latin rhythms.
- Extras: Crash Cymbals and Wind Chimes for accents.
Technical Needs
- Microphone: Client must provide 1 x Wireless Bodypack mic for the Dhol (Essential for mobility).
- Stage Audio: 3 x Instrument microphones required for the Conga set.
- Sound Check: Mandatory 30-minute check required before event start.

Music speaks for me when words run out. When you hear tak dhum kita tak, that's not just a sound—it's a part of me. My style comes from the Jaipur Gharana, but honestly, the real magic kicks in when I'm in the spotlight, drumsticks in hand.

Where My Drums Go
I play all kinds of gigs:
- Big concerts and festivals, sharing the stage with folks like Farhan Akhtar and Kailash Kher ji
- Sangeet nights and wedding parties, where a Dhol and Djembe performance can really light up the dance floor
- Private and corporate events, from fusion percussion sets for chilled-out evenings to all-out party sets for a pool party or NYE
- Soulful evenings—Gazals and Sufi percussion live, sometimes alongside legends like Talat Aziz ji
My Percussion Playground
My setup changes with every show. Sometimes it’s Bollywood percussionist for weddings, sometimes it’s world percussion—Djembe, Congas, Darbuka. Indian folk with Dhol, Tabla, or modern with a full drum kit, even electronic pads. I only use pro gear because good sound matters, always.
