Whether I'm on solo tabla or leading a full band, I read the room and adjust the tempo to match your crowd's energy, making sure the transition from soft sangeet beats to high-octane dance floor anthems feels completely natural.
Music is all about the energy in the room. In this collection, you'll see a mix of what I do best, ranging from high-tempo Bollywood fusion performances to intimate Sufi qawwali sessions.
Why my performances hit different:
- Customizable Setups: I can scale my sound. Need a subtle, classical vibe for a ceremony? A solo tabla or dholak set is perfect. Planning a full-blown Sangeet with hundreds of guests? My band, Saaz-e-Mehfil, brings the concert experience with full vocals, percussion, drums, and guitar.
- Versatile Genres: My roots are in classical tabla, but my passion is fusion. I love mixing traditional bols with modern tracks. You'll see me playing live rhythm alongside DJs, performing Sufi kalaams, or leading devotional bhajans.
- Technical Readiness: I always bring my own instruments and specific mics. For bigger band setups, I work with a technical rider. If you're booking the full band, just ensure your venue's PA system (Line Array, Subs, Monitors) is ready, and we will take care of the rest.
Whether it’s a private party in a home living room or a massive stage in Dubai, my priority is the same: keeping the rhythm fresh and the audience connected to the beat. Har Har Mahadev.

Everything I play is a tribute to my Papa ji, who taught me that rhythm is life. I’m a fusion artist at heart, blending classical tabla with today's hits. When I'm not recording or teaching at my academy, I’m out on the road, looking for that new tihai to bring to your next event.
