Dance Means Fun, Not Stress
I believe dance should be a blast, not a boring workout. It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, get fit, or just try something new - here, you’ll start loving the way you move. The energy in our classes is always high, and you’ll feel like part of a group where everyone pushes each other.
What Styles You’ll Find
I teach Bollywood dance classes for adults, kids, and ladies-only groups - full-on masala style. Hip-Hop dance workshops for kids and adults keep things fresh with the latest grooves. You’ll also see Bhangra fitness dance batches and, sometimes, special sessions like Kathak or Semi-Classical with guest teachers.
Who Can Join?
Anyone! If you’ve never danced or you’re already confident, there’s a batch for you. We have kids batches to boost confidence, adults for all levels, and ladies-only batches for a chill, comfortable space. Most groups start with basic steps, so no stress if you’re a total beginner.
What’s the Class Vibe?
It’s loud, encouraging, and feels like a party. Hum sab mil ke dance karte hain (we all dance together) - that’s where the real fun is. You’ll learn the ABCs of dance, improve stamina, and get a lot more confident.
Your Time to Shine
We love celebrating our dancers. You’ll get chances to perform at showcases, and we often shoot dance videos for social media - because everyone deserves their moment in the spotlight.

My Story
Main Sachin hoon, Rhythm Dance & Fitness Junction ka founder. 7 saal ho gaye, ab toh yeh jagah family jaisi lagti hai. Yahan koi bhi aa sakta hai—chota, bada, beginner ya pro. Vibe sabse important hai, party jaisa mahol. Students bolte hain, 'Sir, aap toh push karte ho!' Haan, karta hoon, kyunki believe karta hoon sab mein. Dance sirf exercise nahi, confidence aur masti bhi hai. Har kisi ko apna rhythm milta hai yahan.
