I design workouts that deliver real results. This routine focuses on three effective bodyweight exercises for fat loss: burpees, inchworm pushups, and pushup leg climbs. These moves engage your entire body to maximize your workout.

In this video, I break down a full-body workout into simple, effective variations. We target the upper body with push-up shoulder taps, strengthen the core with leg exercises, and build lower body power with squats.

Strength training doesn't have to be solo. In my small group sessions, we motivate each other through challenging bodyweight circuits. We focus on proper form for exercises and finish with essential cool-down stretches to aid recovery.
