My philosophy is to live life to the fullest. That means challenging myself with mace swings and rope climbs, but also finding joy in dancing and being by the ocean. A strong body allows you to experience a grander life.
This is a look at the lessons I carry with me. It's about doing things even when you're uncertain, conquering pain, and being willing to fail. Whether it's kayaking, pole dancing, or pull-ups, the goal is always to become a better you.
About The Journey & The Mindset
Expect no corporate filler or generic gym routines here. We focus on movement patterns that serve your life, whether you are trying to master your first pull-up or learning the rotational power of a Gada swing. I will assess your current mobility in our first session, and we will build a roadmap that forces you to progress—not just copy what everyone else is doing.
If you are tired of exercise that leaves you uninspired, you are in the right place. My training is built on a simple premise: discipline builds character. We use tools that have stood the test of time, like the Gada and Mugdar, because they teach you focus, grip, and rotational stability in ways modern dumbbells cannot.
The Methodology
- Functional Movement: We train for real-world scenarios. This means using calisthenics to master your own bodyweight, whether that is a push-up or an L-sit.
- Mobility as Foundation: Strength without mobility is a trap. We integrate yoga-based flows and active recovery to ensure your body remains resilient, not just bulky.
- Mindset Coaching: I do not just count your reps. I coach you through the plateau, the frustration, and the inevitable urge to quit.
This is not a quick fix. If you are training in Bengaluru, Gurugram, or Hyderabad, you can join me for in-person sessions on turf or sand. If you are remote, I provide detailed video audits to ensure your form is precise. We do not just chase aesthetics; we chase the version of you that is capable of handling whatever life throws at it.
