To get strong, you need to prep your body correctly. This sequence shows some of my go-to yoga-inspired drills for building shoulder strength and mobility, which are critical for inversions and bar work.
This is a quick upper body burn sequence that you can do anywhere with just a mat. It includes movements like hovers and hand-to-shoulder taps to build endurance and stability.
Balance is a skill you can train. This video demonstrates several yoga poses, from warrior three to tree pose, that we will use to improve your stability, focus, and single-leg strength.

You won't find mindless flowing here. We treat every yoga pose as a strength drill, using active resistance to bulletproof your joints. Whether it's mastering your first handstand or just undoing the damage from a desk job, we focus on what your body can actually handle, not just how it looks.
Most people think yoga is just about touching your toes, but that is only half the story. I integrate Hatha and Vinyasa flows with calisthenics principles to create a practice that makes you strong, mobile, and tough as a pretzel.
