Fielding wins matches, but it starts with agility and focus. I teach you how to stay sharp, move fast, and catch clean—every single time.

This is a 30-yard specific fielding drill to improve quickness, alertness, and focus. Run-outs happen in a fraction of a second, so we train to pick up the ball and throw in one fluid motion.

Catches win matches. This drill focuses on the correct technique for taking high catches, ensuring you get under the ball and watch it all the way into your hands.

A simple but crucial fielding tip. I teach players to catch the ball with fingers pointing up when it's above the waist and fingers pointing down when it's below. This simple rule reduces drops and prevents injuries.

The correct hand position for catching. We practice cupping the hands with soft fingers to absorb the ball's impact so it doesn't bounce out.

Throwing like a pro is about more than just arm strength. We work on body alignment, a strong grip across the seam, and a full follow-through to deliver flat, accurate, and powerful throws.

A perfect fielding drill to practice picking up the ball on the run. The key is to stay low and gather the ball cleanly before coming up to throw.

Target practice for our fielders. Hitting the stumps directly requires focus and a quick, accurate throw.

A yoga and stretching session on the field. Flexibility and mental calm are just as important as skill and strength in cricket.

A group of players during a fitness and warm-up session. We always start our training by preparing our bodies for the hard work ahead.

Agility drills under the floodlights. We use hurdles and cones to improve footwork and explosive speed, which is crucial for fielding.

About Fielding & Agility Drills

It is not just about running fast; it is about reading the ball early. In our sessions, we focus on the 'fingers up or down' rule—above the waist, fingers point to the sky; below, they point to the ground. This simple adjustment prevents drops and protects your fingers, turning you into a reliable fielder who holds onto those high-pressure catches.
