I don't hire temporary staff for big events. My team has been with me for three decades, meaning the taste you get today is the exact same taste people have loved since 1996. We own every single vessel, vehicle, and masala grinder, so there is no dependency on third parties or rented equipment—everything is under my personal supervision from start to finish.
When you feed thousands, the biggest challenge is consistency. That is where my 30 years of experience comes in. I don’t run a factory; I run a kitchen. Even when catering for state-level functions at Vidhana Soudha or large political rallies, I am physically present, ensuring the meat is cooked to tenderness and the wood-fire biryani has that smoky aroma.
What makes my service different:
- No Badli Cooks: My kitchen staff is my family. They have worked with me for years, and we don't rotate cooks. This is the only way to guarantee the same taste across 100 or 1,00,000 plates.
- Complete Self-Reliance: We own our transport, serving vessels, and equipment. We don't rely on rented items, which eliminates last-minute logistical failures.
- Wood-Fire Tradition: Even at scale, we stick to traditional wood-fire cooking. It takes longer and demands more effort, but it gives the food a distinct depth that gas stoves simply cannot replicate.
- Signature Naati Masalas: All our masalas are ground in-house. We do not use commercial blends, as we believe the heart of a good meal lies in the ingredients we select ourselves.
