- Gravies: Soppu Saaru (Greens), Traditional Sambar, Rasam, and Majjige Huli.
- Sweets: 1 Holige/Obbattu with Ghee, 1 Dry Sweet (Laddu/Mysore Pak), and Payasam.

Namaskara, I’m Ramesh Gowda. Started small in ‘96, just me and a few cooks, serving food for 25-30 folks. Now, we feed lakhs! Still, I’m always there, checking every plate myself.
