When Abhay secures a Golden Boot or Nevin earns an MVP title, we celebrate, but we also immediately reset the focus on the next session. Our players compete in demanding tournaments such as the Mini Dribblers League, the One Football Championship, and the Gear Valour Interschool Tournament, where the level of play is high and expectations are even higher.

We use specific tools for this. Our Elite High-Performance Squad uses data analytics to monitor progress in real time. We look at individual stats to identify who is ready to step up to the Youth I-League or KSFA Premier League. It is not just about raw talent. It is about understanding the game, maintaining discipline through the tough phases, and showing up even when you are not the one scoring.

Whether it is a Best Defender award or a Man of the Match recognition, these milestones highlight the consistent effort our players put in throughout the season.
