Planning a celebration like a baby shower or a wedding reception involves more than just setting up decorations. It is about creating a flow.

Baby Showers & Intimate Events For baby showers, I move away from generic plastic sets. We focus on natural elements like lush foliage walls, fresh flowers, and curated furniture pieces like wicker chairs and peacock motifs. My goal is to create a serene environment where the mother-to-be and guests feel comfortable. I manage the layout to ensure there is enough space for traditional ceremonies while keeping the photography zones unobstructed.

Reception & Grand Milestones Receptions are high-energy events. The challenge here is coordination. If you want a traditional welcome for your guests or a specific performance during the entry, my team coordinates with the dancers, the lighting technicians, and the venue staff.

• Venue Coordination: I handle the entry formalities, stage management, and sound checks so you aren't dealing with last-minute chaos.
• Custom Requests: Whether you need specific seating arrangements or a unique stage design for a reception, we build it to fit the venue dimensions.

Practical Details

I work across Bengaluru and Chennai. Because I manage everything from the backdrop production to the on-site supervision, I recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially if your event falls on a weekend or a peak festive date. This gives me enough time to source the specific décor elements you want and secure the artists for your event.
