About this collection

It is easy to buy a few balloons, but building an immersive theme is about the layout. I focus on specific details like the 3ft character cutouts and cylindrical plinths that tie your child’s favorite theme to the stage. This ensures the background does not just look good in photos but actually feels like part of the world they love.

Setting up a theme is not just about the banner behind the cake. When I plan a party, I look at the space as a stage. If we are doing a 'Krishna' theme, it is not enough to just put up a print. We bring in traditional props, play with the lighting to give it a warm feel, and match the balloon colours to the theme’s palette.

For popular setups like 'Boss Baby' or 'Cocomelon', the biggest challenge is scale. We use custom 3ft to 4ft sunboard cutouts to bring the characters to life, and we use cylindrical plinths for the cake zone to make the layout look professional rather than cluttered. My team and I handle the entire installation, from the wooden or truss-framed backdrop to the final balloon arch, so you do not have to worry about the setup logistics or last-minute vendor coordination at your venue.

Whether you are hosting at home, a community hall, or a party venue across Bengaluru, we adapt our setup to fit the available space. I focus heavily on the photo zone, which is that one area where the guests and the birthday child will spend the most time. We make sure that corner is clean, well-lit with LED PAR cans, and perfectly themed. We do the heavy lifting, the wiring, and the styling so you can just focus on your guests.

I’m Raj, and I have been living and breathing events since 2017. My team and I spend hours working out the small details that make a theme click, whether it’s finding the right props for a Krishna setup or ensuring the Boss Baby backdrop is crisp. We don't just set up a stage; we handle the entire vibe so you can actually enjoy the celebration.
