Essential Themed Decor
Backdrop & Stage Setup
- Main Display: 8ft x 8ft high-resolution printed flex backdrop on a wooden or truss frame tailored to your theme.
- Balloon Work: Organic arch with approx. 350 to 400 balloons including latex, pastel, and metallic chrome finishes.
- Theming: 3 to 4 sunboard character cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) placed on stage.
Cake Cutting Zone
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical metal pedestals wrapped in themed prints for cake and desserts.
- Accents: Themed tabletop props and 2 LED PAR cans for illumination.
Venue Essentials
- Flooring: 10ft x 10ft red or green carpet for the stage area.
- Entrance: 2ft x 3ft personalized welcome foam board on an easel stand.

- Base Setup: Includes all items from the Essential Themed Decor (backdrop, cutouts, plinths).
- Lighting: LED Marquee letters spelling the child's age or short name (up to 4 letters, approx. 2ft height).
- Entrance: 7ft x 8ft spiral balloon arch at the venue door.
Grand Entry Show
- Ride-On: Decorated battery-operated Jeep or Convertible (remote controlled by staff).
- Special Effects: Heavy low-lying dry ice fog clouds (3 to 5 mins) and 4 cold pyro fountains.
- Finale: 2 handheld confetti poppers for the entry moment.
- Support: Dedicated coordinator to manage the car and effects.
Full Bash with Live Entertainment
Entertainment Suite
- Music: Professional DJ for 3 to 4 hours with a PA system (2 speakers, mixer, mic).
- Mascot: 1 Live character mascot (e.g., Mickey, Cocomelon) for a 45-minute meet-and-greet.
