When you see the final setup, you don't always see the hours of construction that go into it. Whether we are hand-weaving a Royal Chapra or reinforcing a floral umbrella frame, we test every piece for durability and safety before you even arrive. This hands-on prep work is why our installations stay sturdy, rain or shine, allowing you to walk into your venue without worrying about a single detail.
People often think event planning is just about the glitter and the lights. Truth is, most of the job happens before the guests even show up. When I talk about my team's process, I mean the hours spent onsite, the logistics of transporting delicate fresh flowers, and the physical setup of heavy structures like mantapas.

For a traditional Muhurtham, we don't just drop off decor. We bring the tools, the ladders, and the skill to secure every element. If we are setting up a Royal Chapra, we use fresh banana stalks and coconut leaves that need to be sourced and woven on the day of the event to keep them fresh. It is labour intensive, but it ensures your entrance looks authentic and smells like a real celebration.
