About The Perfect Lawn: From Soil to Green
Most people focus only on the grass, but the secret to a lasting lawn is actually underneath. We lay down 2 to 4 inches of fertile Red Soil (Lal Mitti) and manually level the surface to prevent any water logging. If the base isn't right, the best turf in the world won't stay healthy for long.
Whether you want a backyard oasis in Thane or a green patch for your residential society in Mumbai, the foundation is everything. We do not just dump grass rolls; we engineer the base. Our process begins with clearing existing weeds and debris. We then bring in nutrient-rich Red Soil to build a healthy 2-4 inch foundation. This layer is critical because it allows the grass roots to take hold deep and fast.
Once the soil is leveled to ensure proper water runoff—preventing those muddy patches you see in poorly managed lawns—we lay the Selection 1 Mexican Carpet or Bermuda grass. Every slab is placed carefully with tight joints to create that seamless, carpet-like look. We use a manual heavy cylinder roller after installation to set the grass into the soil, followed by immediate, thorough watering to remove any air pockets.
