What we focus on:
- Ball Handling: We run drills to improve your handle under pressure, specifically targeting your weak hand so you become unpredictable on the court.
- Shooting Mechanics: We analyze your shot arc and release, ensuring you have a repeatable, accurate jump shot.
- Footwork: Before you score, you must move. We practice jump stops, shuffles, and pivots so you can create space against any defender.
- Conditioning: Agility ladder work, suicides, and cone drills are standard. You need the gas tank to play at full speed until the final buzzer.
We train in small, focused groups, allowing us to provide personal feedback even in a team setting. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the rules or a serious baller aiming for the district leagues, you get the same intensity.
