We reimagined the EaseMyTrip headquarters in Gurgaon, balancing high-energy zones with calm, biophilic spaces that tell the company's travel-centric story through architecture.

The main conference room features whimsical cloud lighting over a sleek marble table, set against a deep blue carpet. This room is designed to be the creative heart of the office, where big ideas can take flight.

A symmetrical view of the conference room highlights the length of the marble table and the arrangement of the cloud lights. The design emphasizes scale and clean lines, creating a sense of order and possibility.

The hallway view into the conference room reveals how the space integrates with the rest of the office. Glass walls maintain a sense of openness, while frosted lower panels provide privacy for meetings.

The MD's cabin is a study in modern luxury, featuring a mix of textures from the marble desk and leather Eames lounge chair to the paneled walls. It's a space that commands respect while remaining comfortable and inviting.

This angle showcases the elegant marble desk with its gold-finished base, paired with soft visitor chairs. The custom lighting fixture adds a sculptural element, completing the room's sophisticated aesthetic.

Natural light floods the executive cabin, highlighting the warm wood flooring and the comfortable seating area. This corner is perfect for informal discussions or a moment of quiet reflection during a busy day.

The open workspace is defined by a striking blue acoustic ceiling with a wave pattern, enhancing the beach theme. This design choice is both aesthetic and functional, helping to absorb sound in a busy, collaborative environment.

I designed the workstation layout for optimal flow and efficiency. Clean white desks are paired with ergonomic chairs and separated by light blue partitions, providing a sense of personal space within the open plan.

A key feature of the office is this corridor, where a custom shelving unit proudly displays the company's awards. The flowing wave pattern on the floor guides movement through the space, connecting different zones seamlessly.

The entrance corridor immediately introduces the brand identity with a three dimensional logo and graphic wall art. Potted plants and curved ceiling details create a welcoming and dynamic first impression for visitors and employees.

About Project Spotlight: EaseMyTrip Headquarters

We used wave-patterned acoustic baffles across the ceiling to visually represent the sea, which also serves a practical purpose: dampening noise in an open-plan office. This design choice lets your team focus without feeling boxed in by the usual cubicle constraints.
