About this collection
When you see our kids holding up their paper 'seasons' trees, it is about more than just colouring. We spend the morning mixing handwriting drills with sensory play, so children learn to focus on a task without feeling the pressure of a traditional classroom. It is the balance of 'thoda fun, thoda padhai' (a little fun, a little study) that keeps them engaged and excited to come back the next day.
Why We Focus on Happy Moments
At our centre in Sanjayanagara, we believe that the best learning happens when a child feels safe and joyful. While we are rigorous about our 'Multiple Intelligence' based curriculum, the real magic happens in the moments between lessons.
Our Approach to Holistic Growth:
- Learning Through Play: Whether it is a science concept explained through an experiment or grammar practice disguised as a riddle, we avoid rote learning.
- Creative Expression: From clay modelling and jewellery making to painting, we ensure every child has a medium to express themselves. This builds fine motor skills and confidence simultaneously.
- The 'Little Asters' Environment: Our space is designed to be a second home. We prioritize a low student-teacher ratio to ensure that every child gets the personal attention they need to thrive.
After-School and Developmental Programs
Beyond our core preschool activities, we support working parents with comprehensive after-school care. This isn't just a holding space. We integrate specific skill-building sessions, including handwriting improvement, Vedic Maths, and language classes in Kannada and Hindi.
We also know that physical activity is non-negotiable. Our focus on movement—from morning yoga and Zumba to our annual Sports Day—is designed to develop coordination and a lifelong love for fitness. Every event, whether it is a festival celebration or a field trip to Cubbon Park, is carefully planned to create lasting memories and strong social bonds among our students.
