I am an IFBB Pro, but I am a realist who knows that decades of heavy lifting come with a price. I have personally undergone BMAC therapy to regenerate my knee joints, because true longevity matters more than a temporary physique. If your current training plan does not include regular bloodwork analysis and joint health maintenance, you are not building fitness, you are just masking potential damage with painkillers. Real strength is about sustainability, not just hitting a number on a scale.
