An office should be more than just a place to sit. Our commercial architectural work focuses on creating environments that support daily operations while maintaining a distinct visual identity. We believe that public buildings, like the KMDC Bhavan we designed in Sheshadripuram, require a balance of accessible waiting areas and partitioned zones that provide privacy without isolation.

Materiality in Commercial Spaces

We avoid the sterile feel of standard commercial fit-outs. Instead, we use materials that add character and age well, such as exposed concrete ceilings, polished cement flooring, and robust timber elements. In our project at RK Plaza in Koramangala, we integrated signature jali screens into the facade, which serves a dual purpose: it provides aesthetic appeal while reducing direct heat gain in the interiors. This is the level of practical detailing we bring to every commercial site.

Our Technical Approach

• Spatial Planning: We optimize square footage using modular workstation clusters that improve circulation and team interaction.
• Lighting and HVAC: We treat service elements like electrical conduits and HVAC ducts as part of the design, using them to create an industrial, clean aesthetic that is easy to service and maintain.
