Balanced Fitness Coaching That Fits Your Life
You do not have to choose between a strong body and the food you love. My approach to fitness is simple: build a body that lasts, enjoy your meals, and keep moving.
This is pretty much what it looks like when a Pilates instructor goes grocery shopping. You find opportunities to stretch and move everywhere. It's not a workout, it's just a lifestyle.
If I were an action figure, this is what you'd get. This fun piece of art perfectly captures my passions: basketball, good food, and of course, lifting weights. Batteries not included because this one runs on mobility and ramen.
When you're trying to enjoy your croissant in peace but everyone is doing a trend with your name. Just for the record, it's Prashanth with an "H".
This is a throwback, but the message is timeless. Being strong isn't just about physical strength. It's about being vulnerable, being human, and supporting each other.
Finding balance isn't just about food and fitness. It's also about taking time to quiet the mind. A few moments of mindfulness and meditation can be just as important as any physical workout.
About It's All About Balance
Fitness is not just about the hour you spend in the gym. My approach to Pilates and strength training is about biomechanics that work for your real life, not just for looking good in a mirror. We focus on mobility to fix those aches and build a core that supports you, whether you are sitting at a desk all day or playing sports on the weekend.
Most people think fitness means giving up everything you enjoy. I disagree. My philosophy is about balance. Whether you are coming to my studio in Domlur or I am visiting your home, we focus on Contrology. Every move has a purpose, from the Reformer and Wunda Chair to the Cadillac. We are not just chasing trends. We are building a body that lasts.
If you have been struggling with knee pain or just want to climb stairs without feeling it, we start by analyzing how you move. Then, we build the strength to support it. You will sweat, you will learn how to breathe properly, and we might even talk about where to find the best local dosa after class. It is serious work, but we keep it fun. If you want to train for performance or just fix your posture, let's get moving.
