I use the Cadillac and Reformer specifically for biomechanical correction, not just to build sweat. Whether we are using the spine corrector to decompress after a day at the desk or setting up footwork to fix your gait, every spring and strap has a purpose. If you are tired of generic workouts that ignore your specific aches, this is where we actually fix the movement pattern.
We aren't here to chase trends. I teach classical Pilates, known as Contrology. This is about precision. When you walk into my studio in Domlur or the space on Lavelle Road, you won't find mindless repetition. You will find equipment like the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Reformer being used as specific tools for rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

Dealing with back pain? A stiff neck? Most of us sit at desks all day, which wreaks havoc on our spine and hip mobility. Pilates helps by realigning the body.
