About Additional Work & Behind the Scenes
Most of what you see here happens between sessions, where I focus on my own mobility work to stay injury-free. Whether it is practicing a deep squat pattern or fine-tuning movement cues on the Reformer, my goal is always longevity over mindless intensity. It is the same focus I bring to every client session at my studio, usually with a lot more caffeine involved.
When I am not in the middle of a session, I am often testing new drills or refining how I explain movement. You will see me using the Reformer, Cadillac, or Wunda Chair to not just train others, but to keep my own body moving well. Fitness for me is about the balance, whether it is high-intensity conditioning or specific rehab work for a nagging knee injury.
My training happens at my studios in Domlur and Lavelle Road, where we skip the loud, chaotic gym vibes. Instead, it is focused, personal, and grounded in the classical Pilates method. I work with everyone from athletes looking to improve their game to folks just wanting to walk up stairs without aches.
