About Kizomba & Urban Kiz: Smooth Grooves
You don’t need a partner to join my Kizomba classes. We run a mandatory rotation policy in every session, which means you will dance with everyone, learn to lead or follow with different energy, and actually get comfortable with the music instead of just memorizing steps.
Kizomba is not just about dance; it is about that shared connection between two people. In my sessions, we peel back the layers, starting with the weight transfer and the essential connection that defines this Angolan dance. Then, we move into Urban Kizz, where we bring in those sharper movements, intricate leg work, and musicality that you see in my videos.
I keep my classes small and focused. We practice at Lead and Follow Studio in Malviya Nagar and other locations across South Delhi. If you are a beginner, do not worry about being perfect yet. My job is to take you from zero to social-ready. We focus heavily on frame and partner communication because that is what makes social dancing actually fun.
Why join a batch? Because it is a community. You are not just learning steps; you are meeting a network of dancers who head out to social nights in Delhi and NCR. I share video archives and practice playlists so you can review at home, and I am always around to answer technical questions after class. Whether you are looking to master the flow or just want to escape the daily grind for 90 minutes, come through.
