Behind the Scenes: Custom Canvas Art & Mural Process
Step into my studio and discover how I bring your custom canvas art to life, from the first sketch to the final installation. Painting is my journey of art and devotion. 🎨✨
Me with my Radha Krishna moonlight painting. These moments after finishing a piece are so special... a quiet connection with the art before it goes to its new home. Happy Kojagiri Poornima. 😇
A visit to a client's home for a canvas installation. It's so rewarding to see the final piece stretched, framed, and hung on the wall where it will be cherished.
A wonderful moment from the Mumbai Art Fair '22, standing with my artworks and the esteemed actor Boman Irani. It was an honor to have him visit our stall and appreciate the art.
Me at my stall during the Mumbai Art Fair '22. I was so happy to exhibit my modern Ganesha painting and a piece from my Krishna series.
A selfie with my Indian culture canvas painting. This piece, with its vibrant blue figures and Devanagari script, is very close to my heart.
A glimpse of my paintings on display at the Mumbai Art Fair. Seeing my work alongside other talented artists is always an inspiring experience.
A candid moment captured at the art fair... even during the exhibition, an artist is still at it, adding the final touches. 😂
About this collection
When you order a custom piece, it is not just a transaction. From our initial chat about your space and theme to the final delivery, I involve you in the process so the finished artwork feels like a true part of your home. Whether it is a large oil painting or a freehand wall mural, I share progress updates so you see your vision taking shape, exactly as you imagined it.
Painting is not just about the final canvas. It is a journey. When I am in my studio, often lost in thought about ancient Bharat, I am thinking about how a piece will fit into your life. Whether it is a large oil painting for your living room or a freehand mural for your office, the process remains personal.
We start with a conversation. You tell me what you feel, what colors you love, and where the art will live. I often share sketches or digital mockups so we are on the same page. For larger pieces, I work in layers, especially with oils, to get that rich texture and depth. I treat each artwork as a blessing from Maa Saraswati.
Logistically, for my clients in Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Pune, I often help with the installation or suggest the best framing options. For those across India, I send the canvas rolled in a sturdy tube, ensuring it reaches you safely. It is then up to you to get it stretched by a local carpenter. I want every step to be transparent, from the first brushstroke in my studio to the moment you hang it on your wall. Pudhchya varshi lavkar ya!
