Navigating the new criminal codes requires more than just reading the text. I conduct practical, classroom-style training sessions for government officials and law enforcement, focusing on real-world implementation of the BNS and BNSS.

Here are glimpses from a training program on the newly enacted criminal laws for officials from various central and state ministries. I addressed offenses under the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, focusing on how these new laws are incorporated and implemented in our criminal justice system.

This was another session at the Parliament Library, training officials on the new criminal laws. It is always an enriching experience to deliver these lectures alongside respected legal luminaries and contribute to the awareness of new legislation.

I delivered a lecture during the Second Training Programme on "Newly Enacted Criminal Laws" for Government Officers at the Parliament Library. It is an honor to be part of this series, helping to disseminate knowledge about crucial legal changes.

Seated on the panel during a training program on legislative drafting at the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS). My session focused on the Evidence Act and Criminal Procedure Code for officials from various ministries and legislative bodies.

In September, I taught a session on the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita at the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies. Teaching is a wonderful opportunity to learn, both through research and the insightful questions posed by the participants.

Presenting a certificate to a participant at the legislative drafting workshop conducted by the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS). It is rewarding to see officials enhance their skills in this critical area of law.

Posing with a participant who successfully completed the workshop on legislative drafting. My goal in these sessions is to go beyond the surface and empower officials with a deeper understanding of legal competence and drafting principles.

About Training for Government & Law Enforcement

Theory often fails when you are on the ground. Whether you are an investigation officer or a legislative drafter, you need to understand how the new Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) impacts your daily protocol. In my training sessions at the Parliament Library and ICPS, I focus on the practical 'how-to', from drafting FIRs under new codes to evidence admissibility, rather than just listing sections. If your department or ministry needs a deep dive into the transition from IPC to BNS, let us talk about a module that fits your operational needs.
