Practical Legal Training & Mentorship for Law Students
Law school teaches you the sections, but I teach you how to actually win the case. If you are tired of theory and ready to handle real files, you are in the right place.
I believe the best way to learn is by doing. My juniors and interns are involved in all aspects of case preparation, including drafting and typing, to ensure their practice gets off to a running start.
As a technical sessions chair for the National Conference on Crime, Criminology, and Forensics, I had the privilege of guiding discussions among the finest academic and professional minds.
A team that works together, goes far together. Here we are at the Delhi High Court, a typical day of collaboration and shared purpose.
My team is my strength. Here we are after a productive day, a group of dedicated legal professionals ready for the next challenge.
Standing with my team outside the court. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow, and we face them together.
It truly took a village for this cross-examination. This picture captures the collaborative spirit of my team in tackling high-conflict cases.
It was an honor to serve as a knowledge partner and judge a moot court competition. Guiding and evaluating aspiring lawyers is a responsibility I take very seriously.
With my team at a FICCI legal conference on Intellectual Property Rights. Continuous learning and staying updated on emerging areas of law is something I instill in my mentees.
Inside the conference hall, focused on the proceedings. We discussed the critical need to protect the rights of content creators and innovators.
My team and I reviewing materials during the IPR conference. It's crucial for young lawyers to understand the intersection of law, technology, and creativity.
About Practical Training: Beyond the Books
I don't believe in just letting interns watch from the sidelines. When you train with me, you are drafting, typing, and handling client interactions from day one. You will be doing the heavy lifting, because that is the only way to build the practical confidence you need when you eventually stand before a judge.
The biggest gap in the legal profession isn't a lack of knowledge, but a lack of exposure to how things actually move in the Delhi High Court and beyond. My approach to mentorship is simple: Juniors ki practice chal jaaye (may the juniors' practice flourish).
Why Practical Training Matters
Too many law students graduate with excellent grades but zero idea how to file a petition, approach a Tehsildar, or handle a high-conflict cross-examination. I pull back the curtain on:
- Core Drafting: Learning to write documents that judges actually read.
- Court Craft: Navigating the Tehsil office, managing client expectations, and handling procedural hurdles.
- Career Strategy: Whether you are a first-generation lawyer trying to break in or a student needing a CV audit, we focus on what really matters to Senior Advocates.
My Mentorship Philosophy
I treat my office like a team. Whether we are prepping for a 3 AM filing or discussing Intellectual Property Rights at a FICCI conference, you are involved. I help you build a professional brand, understand how to acquire clients, and navigate the bureaucratic side of the law that no textbook covers.
If you are looking for a path into litigation, my doors are open. We will work on your research, your drafting, and your court presence, ensuring you are prepared for the reality of the legal grind. Let’s get you ready for the courtroom.
