About Legal Services for NRIs
What I Do for NRIs Stuck in Legal Mess
Legal trouble back in India when you’re living abroad hits different. I get how confusing and stressful it is - especially with the distance and all the gyaan (noise) you hear from random sources. My job is to cut through that and give you straight answers.
The Airport Arrest Fear
Most NRIs are scared of being stopped at the airport because of a Look Out Circular (LOC) or pending FIR. It’s a real worry, and ignoring it doesn’t help. If there’s a criminal complaint (property, family, finance - doesn’t matter), the clock starts ticking once the FIR is filed.
How I Help: No Drama, Just Work
- Manage criminal complaints and LOCs so you don’t get nasty surprises at immigration.
 - Anticipatory bail for NRI clients - you can apply from abroad, no need to fly in and risk arrest.
 - Handle family and property disputes, including cross-border inheritance disputes, NRI divorce and child custody, and those messy 498A cases. Sach kya hai (truth matters) - I fight for it, don’t care for drama.
 - Deal with financial fraud cases, extradition headaches, and multiple jurisdictions.

My Approach
I don’t sugarcoat. I tell it like it is. I’ve worked cases in Supreme Court and managed hearings in Delhi, Lucknow, and Mumbai. For NRI clients, I use tech and virtual court hearings, so you avoid unnecessary travel and stress.
Real Talk
Building a strong case takes hard work and himmat (courage). No shortcuts. I’ll do the work, present the facts, and fight for your rights. Shukr (thank you) for your trust.

My Story
People call me an 'accidental lawyer'—I just wanted to understand law, then my daughter’s citizenship mess pulled me in deep. Became a mom at 24, gave law exams with a newborn beside me. No family legacy, just me, my chai, books, and the grind. My nani and mom were teachers, so maybe teaching and fighting comes naturally. Ageing? Gracefully, with all the gyaan (wisdom) I can gather. Law is just one part—I'm a mom, baker, mentor, always learning. No comparisons, bas apni kahani (just my own story).
My Work
What I Handle - Criminal law, cross-border child custody, family disputes, property issues, NRI legal help—if it’s messy, I’m in.
My Style - Every case is different. No Latin drama—just straight talk, clear strategy. Simple language wins, always.
If You’re Wrongly Accused - False 498A case? NRI scared of arrest? Heard it all. I help you plan, even if you’re sitting abroad.
Digital Safety & Law Gyaan - What you post online isn’t always safe. I run digital safety legal workshops—because knowing the law is your best shield.
Mentoring New Lawyers - First-gen lawyer here. I mentor newbies—no shortcuts, just honest advice and a push to knock louder.
