We maintain our own warehouses in the UAE, Turkey, and Thailand, allowing us to replicate the exact standards we hold in India. If we need a specific paneer or a secret ground masala that makes our Dal or Biryani taste authentic, we fly it in.
My approach is about balance. I know your elders want comfort food that feels like home, while the younger guests want Instagrammable, modern fusion concepts like our Burrata bars or live Thai woks. We deliver both.
We don't believe in off-the-shelf spice mixes. We grind our own masalas, which is the core of our flavour profile, whether we are preparing regional Maharashtrian delicacies, Gujarati specialties, or North Indian gravies.
When we plan for a destination wedding, we look at the event as a complete ecosystem. We manage the kitchen infrastructure, the service staff ratios, and the guest dietary needs—including Jain and vegan requirements—with surgical precision. For us, a successful event isn't just about the food tasting good; it’s about the seamless execution that allows you to enjoy your wedding without worrying about the pantry or the service line.
